Send InquiryProduct Description
Stainless steel screw cable can also be known as stainless steel cold forging cable, which is principally used for a variety of sorts of attachments, such as mechanical components and electronic application components. According to various materials, corresponding anti-corrosion and mechanical properties can be found. To be able to get a better formability during cold forging, higher quality is selected. Appropriate wire material is especially important.

Production Process
Good corrosion resistance and optimum formability.
Electronic components, high-rise curtain walls and building decoration fasteners.
301 stainless steel displays clear work hardening during deformation and is used in a variety of events requiring higher strength.
302 stainless steel is essentially a variant of 304 stainless steel with a higher carbon material, which is made to obtain increased durability through cold rolling.
302B is a type of stainless steel with high silicon content, it's high resistance to high temperature oxidation.
They're employed in events that need free cutting and higher surface gloss.
303Se stainless steel can be used to create parts that need hot bothering, because under these circumstances, this stainless steel has great hot workability.
304L is a version of 304 stainless steel with lower carbon content and can be used where welding is required. The lower carbon content reduces the precipitation of carbides in the heat-affected zone near the weld, and the precipitation of carbides can cause stainless steel to make intergranular corrosion (welding erosion) in particular surroundings.
316 (18Cr-12Ni-2.5Mo) material: because of the inclusion of Mo, its corrosion resistance, atmospheric corrosion resistance and high temperature strength are especially excellent. It may be used under harsh conditions; it's excellent work hardening (non-magnetic).
Stainless steel screw cable and stainless steel cold heading bai cable are usually manufactured from 304M, 304HC, and 316. They are currently among the most frequently used materials of 300 series austenitic stainless steel.
Application
The main customers are Germany BECK, EASE FORTUNE, Japan and South Korea market and domestic high-end market, with a global market share of over 50%.
The objective of stainless steel screw cable: the hardness of stainless steel screw wire makes them be used for different functions. They are usually used as little screws in everyday life, but also as automobile compression and screws screws, which are frequently utilised in normal life. Kinds of stainless steel screw wires: in look, screw wires are usually split into matte spring cord and glistening screw wire. The hardness of matte screw wire is higher than that of shiny twist wire. It can be utilized as a hanger cord. For goods with low appearance requirements and higher elasticity requirements.
