India postpones the issuance of the final ruling on China seamless pipes Stainless

On September 9, 2022, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement and received the Ministry of Finance on September 8, 2022, to approve the extension of the issuance of stainless steel seamless steel pipes with a diameter of 6 inches or less originating in or imported from China ( Stainless steel Seamless Tubes & Pipes) Office Memorandum, extended to September 24, 2022.

On September 10, 2021, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to the applications submitted by Indian companies Chandan Steel Limited, Tubacex Prakash India Private Limited, and Welspun Specialty Solutions Limited, the 6 inches or less in diameter originating in or imported from China shall be approved. The anti-dumping investigation was launched on stainless steel seamless steel pipe. Involves products under Indian customs code 7304.
